Things were getting a little tense after halftime.
The mood at Midland’s bar in Washington DC tightened up after Michigan came out flat in the second half and Washington pulled within striking distance.

The guy absolutely lit the place on fire when he ran one in from 12 yards out to put the Wolverines up 27-13 halfway through the 4th quarter. This was when the crowd really started feeling it. They had never known what it’s like to win a championship game. That feeling when you start to realize it’s actually coming to fruition… unbelievable.
